These are listed with a LIGO DCC number of T2300191 (hosted at https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T2300191). This page is to document where each one is installed and its history (with log posts attached).

M1 is Five-Nines Run# V2-1452C, V1-1455

M2-M4 is Fine-Nines Run# V2-1454C, V2-1455

When you install these mirrors you MUST:

1. Log the changes, including which optics and serial numbers were used and installed. Link the log to this page

2. Update this page, logging the location of the optics (which cavity, which room the cavity is in)

3. Label the optics on or near the cavity. The label must include the DCC Number T2300191, and the optic type (M1-M4) and its serial number. It should indicate that the optic is super-polished. It should also include what the tranmissions are (can be on a separate label).

example line1: T2300191-M1-SN01 Superoptic

example line2: T_1550nm = 883ppm and T_775nm=HR.

- these optics do not have their SN on the barrel, so the label must stay with the optic unless it physically cannot.
