Many items should be stored using document collection numbers. These numbers are more concise to create references. Most of the entries should be created using the buttons below. These buttons create the various numbered forms. This is the place to put (reasonably) final drawings, vendor data, quotes, and reports.

Equipment should be given a serial number, and any data (repairs, errors, tips and tricks) should be logged. The logs should be linked to the serial numbers or a page accociated with the model number.

Drawings		For technical schematics, renderings, drawings

TechnicalReport		For technical reports and engineering designs
Contractual		For quotes, procurements, vendor documents
